What does LIT stand for?

• “L” is for leadership.  We all have leadership with in us.  How much we exercise it depends on context, culture, personality, timing to suggest a few of the variables. 

• “I” is for interconnectedness.  And that we all are.  How much we acknowledge and act on this truth is also hugely variable.  (Why is it that a disaster or tragedy brings this home so acutely?)

• “T” is for transformation.  When we experience a profound change in our perspective, our mindset, world view, belief system, paradigm, mental model  - name it what you will, we undergo a transformation.
